Soldier Experience: Trial by Fire
In this lesson we will explore the experience of soldiers in both the Army of the Potomac and the Army of Northern Virginia who fought at the Battle of Fredericksburg. Though they met on the same field, each soldier brought their own unique history, motivations and beliefs to the army. Each soldier had individual choices to make that would determine their own future as well as influence the outcome of the battle.
